The Customer Education Marketing Manager will be responsible for building various customer education content strategies driving adoption, high customer satisfaction and ensuring customer retention. This role involves creating material including blog posts, videos, flyers, guides, “how-to’s” and other educational content and ensuring voice is always on-brand. The Customer Education Marketing Manager should be passionate about being a strategic storyteller, thought leader, and solving existing customer pain points. This candidate enjoys building relationships with customers and creatively telling stories and developing best practice and adoption content for customers. We are looking for a candidate who is unafraid to try new ways to engage our customers and has a passion for customer experience.

What your responsibilities will be:

·;;;;;;;Responsible for translating customer-facing challenges and opportunities into tangible marketing materials across all channels and mediums including website content, blogs, video, social media, infographics, webinars

·;;;;;;;Work collaboratively with stakeholders to conceptualize, plan and design impactful and engaging educational material that supports various workflows, learning paths, and personas;

·;;;;;;;Support developing marketing materials for all business segments, including acquisition, business services, special projects, and corporate initiatives as they relate to educating customers

·;;;;;;;Write customer education blog posts, social media posts, articles, and other materials as needed

·;;;;;;;Schedule, send out and track outbound communications to customers

·;;;;;;;Build a robust video content library to support customer education needs

·;;;;;;;Measure and evaluate the impact of learning programs against KPIs, and measure ROI back to the business

What you bring to the table:

;

·;;;;4-5 years of experience in related field/industry

·;;;;Bachelor’s degree

·;;;;Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensure high quality deliverables with attention to detail.

·;;;;Strong understanding of brand voice and ability to communicate effectively across marketing materials and platforms

·;;;;Strong understanding of various education tactics

·;;;;Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

·;;;;Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

·;;;;Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

·;;;;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·;;;;Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

·;;;;Analytic ability to review and create reports on key project metrics

General Qualifications:

·;;;;4-5 years of experience in related field/industry bachelor’s degree

·;;;;;;;Able to communicate in the English language. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

·;;;;;;;Consumer education background (Plus)

·;;;;;;;Able to organize and prioritize effectively

·;;;;;;;Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills

·;;;;;;;Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power Point

·;;;;;;;Proficiency with video and photo editing tools (Plus)
