We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our business services team. As an SDR (Sales Development Representative) you will focus on adding new prospects to the pipeline through customer outreach and cold calling. This is a lead generation position. You will be responsible for identifying and educating potential commercial customers on the benefits of Blue Stream Fiber’s business solutions, managing leads through the commercial sales pipeline, and generating new business opportunities. You will work closely with the commercial sales team to ensure that our company’s sales goals are met. This person will assist the business teams in planning, conducting research and generating qualified leads for our Business Services Sales Department.

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven record of accomplishment in sales. ·;;;;;;;Initiating discovery conversations with buyers to determine needs

·;;;;;;;Quickly responding to inbound leads

·;;;;;;;Prospecting via video and social media

·;;;;;;;Setting meetings with prospects for outside sales team

·;;;;;;;Handling the introductions with the sales representatives and prospects

·;;;;;;;Following up on scheduled meetings with the sales representatives

·;;;;;;;Utilizing Salesforce to input knowledge gained

·;;;;;;;Nurturing leads and monitoring buyer engagement

·;;;;;;;Cultivating meaningful communications with buyers

·;;;;;;;Developing and maintaining customer relationships
