Transcorp Services LLC is seeking Delivery Associates for the Fulfillment Operations team.

About our team:;We fulfill customer orders for Instacart’s retail partners. We strive to provide outstanding service to every customer, improve efficiency in our operations, and build a safe and fulfilling workplace for our team members.

Highlights:;You will deliver customer orders from a retail fulfillment location using an e-bike provided by Transcorp. The Delivery Associate will maintain the quality of the goods delivered, provide friendly customer service, and ensure all safety standards are followed at all times. You may have the opportunity to support the;Facility Operations team with sorting, stowing, staging, and other tasks vital to provide a world-class experience for our customers and partners.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Receive delivery orders via an app on a smartphone
• E-Bike will be provided by us
• Ensure each order is delivered safely and quickly to the correct customer
• Act as a brand ambassador and provide excellent customer service
• Engage with a fun and active team, and support your teammates in maintaining safe, efficient, high-quality fulfillment operations
• Enjoy hourly pay, plus tips based on service

ABOUT YOU

• Ability to understand and follow safety, quality, and procedural standards
• At least 21 years of age
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Experience working in Delivery (preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Communicate accurately with customers
• Have a friendly and courteous personality
• Be reliable and timely
• Must have a smartphone with a data plan
• Flexible schedule, availability to work holidays, evenings, and/or weekend
• Able to ride an e-bike!
• General knowledge of how to get around quickly
