Primary Responsibilities:

The goal of Community Integration Professional is to service our individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities participate in community life – schools, neighborhoods, jobs, recreation, or congregations. Our CSP are advocates for our clients helping them gain the skills needed to find employment, to continue education, improve health and wellness, and learn essential social skills.



• Instruct Individuals with developmental disabilities
• Prepare each individual for community integration through educational and vocational opportunities in his or her community.
• Introduce clients to new activities, experiences, and skills
• Support therapeutic and behavioral plans
• Promote independence and encourage individual choices and self-advocacy
• Serve as a role model and mentor
• Provide transportation as needed

Experience in the following fields a plus: Assisted Living, Behavior Aide, Caregiver, Care Giver, CNA, DD, Developmentally Disabled, Job Coach, Direct Support Professional, DSP, Elderly Care, Senior Care, Hospice Care, ILS, Guard Card, BSIS, Security, Cook, Laundry, LVN, Autism, Military, Social Work, Host, Special Education, Special Needs, Construction, Painter, EMT, Supported Living Services, SLS, Housekeeper, Military, Hotel, Hospitality, Maintenance, Driver, Construction, Mover, Shuttle, Part-Time, Driver, Attendant, Cleaner.
